Innovative Ideas in the Field of Technology and Product Design

I will just state one thing very clearly right here. In all of the years I have been trading computers and printers, I have not once come across a product that was as simple to use as the one we have been using in the new office. The system that we have put in place should not have taken a whole lot of research or testing to figure out whether or not it was good. All it did was take a bit of education, and it worked perfectly.

No one in the office was even aware that we were using it in the first place. I would not have thought that something so simple could have had that kind of a success rate. In fact, if I could tell you what exactly it is that makes it so easy to use, I would be telling you more than I do now. For the most part, anyone can use it, and everyone in the office that uses it likes it too.

However, since there is so much interest in this topic, I would like to go into a bit more detail as to how we went about designing this new system. We first started off by looking at what we had with our old system, and tried to see what we could change and what we could not, or even what we could not change.

We had about eight printers that we kept in our office at the same time, and they were all fitted with either an inkjet or laser printer. They were all pretty much the same, except for the size and the extra features that each one had. Although the system we used for the first ten years of the company was still in operation, it had become outdated and difficult to set up as we added more members of the family. We had both a little five year old boy and a four year old girl, so we knew that we needed to come up with a system that was more easily adapted to the way that we worked.

For one thing, when we started the company, we could have picked up a printer with a flatbed scanner and sent it back to the manufacturer with a few extra sheets of paper or a few blank CD’s and we would have had one of the best systems we could have used. But, this was not an option that we could take advantage of.

So, for the first ten years of our company, we had had to use the same kind of system that we had on our old printers, although they were not much better. There were things that we liked about the old system, but others that we did not like. The best thing that we had in the new system was the fact that the printers were smaller, and the original printout was a lot larger.
